KEANNA NICHOLS, Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Keanna Nichols serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Qualis She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans and policies to support the company’s mission and strategy. Ms. Nichols collaborates with the Qualis management team, oversees HR operations, guides the HR staff, and ensures compliance with labor laws, and analyze HR effectivenessShe guides the employee on-boarding process to ensure all employees not only have all the benefits, tools, policies, and information they need to excel in their employment with Qualis but also to feel welcomed to the corporate cultureShe has been instrumental in onboard hundreds of new Qualis employees over the years during new contract award transitions as well as during M&A activitiesShe has extensive human resources experience in the collegiate, utilities, and government industries. Nichols originally joined Qualis to focus on the area of benefits and is now responsible for all full cycle aspects of the Human Resources department. Nichols has over 25 years of HR experience and has been with Qualis Corporation since 2004. Nichols additionally oversees the Qualis employee morale welfare and recreation (MWR) programs. She is a community volunteer who serves on the United Cerebral Palsy in Huntsville and Muscular Dystrophy Association committees.
