Ms. Nicole Keel serves as Vice President of Contracts and Program Control for Qualis. In this capacity Ms. Keel oversees all prime and subcontract management for the firm.  This includes purchasing and cost/price volumes for new and incumbent work.  In this capacity she oversees the management of our DCMA approved purchasing system, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual contract reporting requirements. She works closely with the other Qualis Vice Presidents, Directors, and Program Managers as well as Government Customers to ensure contract compliance, financial reporting, forecasting, along with supporting contract closeouts and audits. Ms. Keel has been with Qualis since 2008, and currently has over 25 years of governmental accounting experience.
